Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to all members of the Daedric Networks Discord server except staff members.
  • Staff members, including Helpers, Moderators, Admins, Managers, Directors, and Owners, are not eligible to enter or win.
  • Participants must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Entry Requirements

  • To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the giveaway announcement (e.g., reacting to the giveaway message, completing certain tasks, etc.).
  • Only one entry per participant is allowed, unless otherwise stated.
  • Using multiple accounts, bots, or other unfair methods will result in disqualification.

3. Duration

  • The giveaway will begin and end at the times stated in the announcement.
  • Entries submitted after the closing time will not be counted.

4. Prizes

  • Prizes will be clearly stated in the giveaway announcement.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  • Daedric Networks reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be chosen fairly, usually at random, using a giveaway bot or other method announced in advance.
  • The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners will be announced in the server and/or contacted via Discord DM.

6. Claiming Prizes

  • Winners must open a support ticket in the Daedric Networks Discord server within 72 hours (3 days) of the draw to claim their prize.
  • Failure to open a support ticket within this time will result in the prize being forfeited and a redraw will commence to select a new winner.

7. Conduct

  • Participants must remain respectful throughout the giveaway. Any harassment, spamming, or violation of Discord/Server rules will result in removal from the giveaway and possibly the server.

8. Liability

  • Daedric Networks is not responsible for any technical issues, failed entries, or problems outside of its control.
  • By entering, participants agree that Daedric Networks and its staff are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the giveaway.

9. Changes & Cancellation

  • Daedric Networks reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice if circumstances make it necessary.

10. Agreement

  • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
